(HELP) PLEASE, I’VE been chipped without my consent, I know of other’s too, I can not afford a Lower, if I did they would make my life even worse, Im asking if you can go up the chain of command to STOP the noise and power waves coming through the power line’s, it starts off like a drom peed from afar then gets VERY LOUD, I can feel the waves while in my bed ,they chipped me between my shoulders, the reason I know is one night I was in bed and feels like a laser beam though the bed TO the place where they chipped, I can’t afored a Lower or go up against these people, Im asking if YOU GUY’S can speak to anyone up the chain of command just stop the torment noise and power waves coming through the power line’s, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU GUY’S DO, a lessened learner.
