Dead virus replicates, attenuated virus is live but can not replicate making it the best vaccines, unless LIVE VIABLE VIRUS makes it through processing, thus infecting and replicating as if intentionally inoculated. Like if you get in your car sober or drunk and drive into a group of people crossing the street. You would be like George W. Bush in buying stock in pharmaceutical companies as he deregulates and laws are passed to make vaccine manufacturers immune to lawsuits for sloppily made attenuated virus vaccines.
