One of my coworkers received a call last Friday from an angry BW threatening to riot at our c a r e e r c e n t e r s once they open to the public. The caller said that when we open someone was going to die. My coworker reported the caller to the vp of programs and the hr director and expected the caller to be reported to the police. She was not reported. On Monday 6/1/2020 during an all staff we expected the caller to be addressed because threats put both employees and the public in danger. The caller was not addressed. Instead the management seemed to condone the violence and instead harped on systemic racism and how they need to address that in the workplace.
Is there a smart person out there that can investigate t h e s a n d i e g o w o r k f o r c e p a r t n e r s h i p and the l e a d e r s h i p team members posted on their website?
