I wonder if POTUS can use the following funds without congresses approval?:
1. leftover unspent funds from previous appropriations.
2. funds from asset forfeitures based on previous executive orders.
3. Funds from tariffs established by the executive branch.

You guys come up with all these ideas of what should be done and how to go forward but that ignores the Constitution. So either all of your ideas are null and void or else you are wanting to destroy the Constitution. To follow the Constitution we need to increase the House Of Representatives and then work through them. I do see the Constitution as a failed document so I wouldn’t mind rewriting it but that means revolution.
