Dear Martin Sandoval,

I attempted to send the message below to your normal Congressional contact form, but it’s very clear to me you disabled it, probably because you’ve been flooded by angry messages from all over the country, and that’s your fault for acting like a stupid, traitorous asshole for publishing a video of a mock assassination of a lawful president. Who do you think you are?  Lee Harvey Oswald?

Step down, Sir.  Immediately.

I don’t accept your apology.  You need to be punished for your crime against the people of the United States.

What you did was obscene, terroristic to the American People, and its intent was to incite violence against a lawful president.

You need to step down immediately or there will be an effort to remove you by force.  I have already outlined 8 federal statute violations NOT protected by speech or debate (because it involves sedition, ‘advocating overthrow of the US government’).  Furthermore, the political stunt you pulled was the pinnacle of unprofessionalism and thus disqualifies you from representing ANY CITIZEN in the Congress regardless of locale.  We the people, representing the lawful majority (ie: we voted for Donald J Trump) no longer have confidence in your representation and thus nullify, void and vote in absentia to disbar you from your service.

I have submitted an ethics complaint against you already.  Very likely, your cowardly coworkers at the Congressional Ethics Committee will take action about as quickly as the actions taken by the DOJ to bring Criminal Chinese Spy Hillary Clinton to justice.  But that is ok.  I have published my complaint on multiple outlets where it can have more influence, here is what I said

1) 18 U.S. Code § 2385.Advocating overthrow of Government

Propaganda to incite violence against POTUS is advocating for the overthrow of the US Government.

The purpose of a mock assassination is propaganda to incite an unstable individual to assassinate the president, or to induce the population to consent to impeach the president based on smear propaganda. It’s intimidation and an active threat whose purpose is overthrow of a lawful president.

2) 18 U.S. Code § 871.Threats against President and successors to the Presidency

It’s unclear if the internet is a legal “carrier”, if so, this violation applies

3) 18 U.S. Code § 879.Threats against former Presidents and certain other persons

This law does not cite carrier, so internet threats against POTUS’s family like Melinia’s recent twitter threats and death threat against Pence, Don jr. and Eric, Ivanka and Baron, Nancy Pelosi would apply, and it possible that POTUS applies here too. Please consult US Attorneys.

4) 18 U.S. Code § 372.Conspiracy to impede or injure officer

Two or more: Seantor’s Staffers assisted in making the propaganda, POTUS is an officer (person holding office), and the law says intimidate

   *If two or more persons in any State, Territory, Possession, or District conspire to prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat, any person from accepting or holding any office, trust, or place of confidence under the United States, or from discharging any duties thereof, or to induce by like means any officer of the United States to leave the place, where his duties as an officer are required to be performed, or to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, or while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof, or to injure his property so as to molest, interrupt, hinder, or impede him in the discharge of his official duties, each of such persons shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six years, or both.*

May be applicable with a talented lawyer making this case

6) 18 U.S. Code § 1466.Engaging in the business of selling or transferring obscene matter

I, the taxpayer, consider selling a video of ‘assassinating a lawful president’ to be obscene.  Since the purpose of this video is to generate campaign donations, then this video content could be considered a ‘freemium’ prepurchase for-sale item, legally, this this law is applicable.

7) 18 U.S. Code § 2101.Riots

The purpose of violent propaganda is to incite riots (to induce unstable persons to violence)

8) 18 U.S. Code § 2383.Rebellion or insurrection

 *Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.*
