In all but 1 county, the republican votes for AG outnumbered the republican votes for governor. While Bevin was unpopular, there is an undeniable trend at a county level. I project Bevin was cheated out of ~80,000 votes.
CluelessInvestor27: I did a regression analysis using actual governor ballot and projected. Using projected governor ballets gave a much cleaner statistical model. I am 99.9% sure that there was wide scale voter fraud. This is the perfect race to deny voter fraud. “Its not voter fraud, all the other red candidates won big, bevin just sucks.” No, its more than that. Using the actual results, Bevin lost votes each time a voter voted for a republic treasurer or agricultural position.
getnit01: Did you see it? His vote tally dropped as Beshear’s lead increased! WTF – is what you should be saying. How can a candidates numbers decrease as more votes come in? This is how fractional voting is used to win elections (predetermined results change as more precincts report – the fix was in, that’s why you saw Bevin’s Numbers GO DOWN DURING THE LIVE UPDATES the margin was predetermined to be less than 1%). The voting systems in Kentucky were already predetermined to a certain number to pick the winner. There needs to be an inspection of the voting machines and code used in Kentucky’s Voting Machines, INSTANTLY!! IT NEEDS TO BE SUBPOENAED AS EVIDENCE IN A CRIME!!

FRACTIONALIZED VOTING
It’s called fractionalized voting where the George Soros-Mitt Romney-Mark Malloch-Brown rigged election boxes that use Optech software count digital votes in fractions, not whole numbers. So you may think you vote once, but thanks to Mitt, Mark, and George, your vote may only count .76 of a vote. And someone who votes for Hillary might get 1.25 votes.

There are reasons why all election systems should be based on PAPER.
First, the voter should be required to present his or her government-issued voter identification card. The QR-code is scanned.
A PAPER ballot should be filled out by the voter, and run through a scanner that checks it for errors (such as voting for two candidates, or “hanging chads”). If the green light turns on, the voter can then insert it into a second scanner that leads to a sealed ballot box.
The scanners can immediately transmit in-progress results over a cryptographically secure connection, but there’s one more Federally-required validation step. (Remember your Statistics 101 class?) A random sample of ballot boxes are taken and their contents are hand-counted. They should exactly match the corresponding electronic tally. Enough boxes should be sampled – and it’s actually quite a small number – to establish a “98% confidence interval” that the electronic results probably do match the paper.
Also by Federal law, the paper must be kept for a certain number of months before it may be destroyed.
This creates a labor-efficient but statistically valid auditing capability to the system.
